Last week I told you all about how much I love Kipling’s backpacks, but did you know they also make killer purses and tote bags? I had never purchased a kipling purse before, but when they offered me two items, I didn’t want to end up with another backpack, so I decided to bite the bullet and give the bag a shot… I am so so so glad I did!
One of the best parts of the Nicole Handbag in my opinion is that you have two strap options! The longer one allows you to wear it over your shoulder or cross-body and the shorter two make it easy to just swing on you arm. The longer strap is also removable so when you don’t want it to look as casual, you can just unhook the strap and leave that part at home!
The bag is the perfect size and has great depth – not to mention, an adorable pop of color on the interior lining! I could easily use this bag when I only have a few things to take to class and don’t feel like carrying my entire backpack, or when I am running errands around campus.
The outside pocket is also genius. It’s perfect to carry your phone and wallet making them super accessible when you are out and about! That way you don’t have to fuss with the zipper when you quickly want to grab your credit card or snap a quick pic on your phone!
Initially I was a little hesitant about the beige color since it’s not a tone I normally go for, but since my options were black and beige and I have an aversion to the color black (especially in summer… much to depressing for me) I decided to just go for it! I was pleasantly surprised with how much I like the color! It’s a little bit more of a stone color and it’s nice because it really does go with everything!
