Well folks, I’m officially home safe from Wisconsin. It was honestly one of the best trips I’ve ever taken and I am so excited to share more details about the trip with you soon! Before that though, I thought I would share a little travel outfit inspo.
I’m always super interested in seeing what other people wear when traveling. It’s always such a difficult decision for me. Growing up my mom always ingrained in my head, that it’s important to look put together when traveling on a plane to show respect to the captains and flight attendants and to look respectable yourself. On the other hand, I want to be comfortable enough to sit for hours on end.

When packing, I usually base my travel outfit around my heaviest/bulkiest items. That way, I save space inside my suitcase! In this case the my bulkiest items were by far my denim jacket and my Stan Smiths, so I decided to pair them with one of my (many) striped tees and my lace shorts, which are both super super comfy. The denim jacket was perfect too because it kept me warm on the plane and I even was able to use it as a makeshift blanket. When traveling on longer flights, like to the East Coast or abroad, I try and wear outfits that are not super constricting so I don’t get uncomfortable on the long flight. In that case, I usually opt for comfy shorts, and a loose cozy sweater layered over some kind of tee.

I hope you enjoyed this outfit post! I’m definitely going to try to keep sharing my outfits for different occasions in the future! Let me know if you want me to do any more travel type posts too. This was so fun!
