Valentine’s Day has always been one of my favorite holidays. Growing up it was because it was just another excuse to wear my favorite color. Now, it’s still kind of the same reason, but also because I love to celebrate love. People love to hate on it, but what’s wrong with having one special day to show your love even more than usual? Yes, you should absolutely be showing love every day, but there’s nothing wrong with a day designated to celebrate it even more!
I love using Valentines day to celebrate all the people I love—my friends, my parents, and now my boyfriend. When I was younger I loved to make handmade Valentines and although I don’t do those anymore, I love the idea of showering those you love with a little gift. Today I wanted to round up some gift ideas in case you needed a little bit of inspiration…

1. Venus et Fleur Mini Square Rose Box 2. Beaches by Gray Malin 3. ZSupply Kissed Set 4. Kendra Scott Poppy Short Pendant Necklace 5. Pearl Bag 6. Nudesse Candle 7. Slip Silk Pillow Case 8. Hanky Panky Thong Set 9. Eberjey Sleep Shirt 10. Travel Jewelry Box 11. Slip Silk Sleep Mask 12. Goop G.Tox Body Scrub
I’ve always wanted to receive one of these Venus et Fleur gift boxes. The larger sizes are definitely extravagant, but I think that there is something so cute about the mini boxes. The beauty of these flowers is that they stay beautiful and fragrant for up to a year and they are real roses. I think giving/receiving flowers is so romantic, but it’s always sad when they die, so this is the perfect solution.
I think another cute gift idea would be this book of beaches from all around the world by Gray Malin. It would be so fun to go through the book together and find places you want to visit. Then you can bookmark them over the years as you check them off your list.
Beautiful pajamas are another way to make someone feel special. This sleepshirt from Eberjey is unbelievably soft and would make the perfect gift that can be used all year long.
If you want to make the recipient feel spoiled, I love the idea of giving a beautiful candle and a body scrub. Sometimes it takes receiving a gift to remind yourself you need to be pampered.
Do you have any special Valentine’s Day plans? I’ve spent all of my Valentine’s Days up until now with my mom and dad who have so kindly included me in their plans year after year, but this year’s a little different. My boyfriend and I are going to be driving for a weekend ski trip, so it looks like our Valentine’s Day Dinner is going to be a stop at In ‘n Out along the way haha. Honestly, I’m so excited for a double-double and animal fries!
