I’m so excited for the second installment of Five Favorites! This week is kind of a mixture of things I’ve been loving for a while and things I just bought and have fallen in love with. I hope you enjoy!
J.Crew Striped Tee: I bought this tee this weekend because, naturally, I was drawn to the navy and white stripes. Let me just tell you, it is so comfy and is definitely going to be a new staple in my closet. Also, the fun vertical stripes down the arms make the shirt a little bit more unique and flattering.
Drybar Texas Tea Hairspray: This hairspray is my new addiction. I use it even when I don’t actually style my hair just because it smells so good. It’s really nice because it has a good hold, but it doesn’t leave your hair with a crunchy feeling and it leaves you smelling like you just walked out of Drybar. What more could you ask for?
Paris Street Style book: I’ve had this book for a while now, but I just started actually reading it. If you’ve ever wanted to pull off that french effortlessly chic look, but didn’t know how, this book is for you. it has really good advice in the form of interviews and different articles. Plus, it looks really cute on your night stand, so even if you don’t plan on reading it, you should still buy it.
Beauty Blender: My beauty blender is b(blogged about here) and it makes the whole process so much cleaner and easier. I was a tad bit wary about actually getting one despite all the fuss about it, but I am so happy I finally bit the bullet and went for it. So worth it. (If you end up buying it, I definitely recommend buying this soap to help ease the cleaning process and keep your sponge in tip top shape.)
Kate Spade Sunglasses: Ever since I saw the Anna Kendrick/Kate Spade campaign, I’ve had my eye on these sunglasses. I finally bought them in pink on Saturday night and I can’t even begin to express my love for them. The big round shape makes me feel so glamorous and the fact that they are the perfect shade of light pink is just the icing on the cake!
